2. Payments and Billing
- Our pricing is $20/month (unless otherwise specified) with no hidden fees.
- Payment is required to begin or continue hosting and support services.
- We use third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) to process payments securely.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel anytime by contacting us at [email protected].
- Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion depending on service status.
4. Site Content and Ownership
- You own all original content (images, text, logos) that you provide.
- We may use third-party tools or templates to speed up delivery.
- You are responsible for ensuring any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Support and Edits
- While hosted with us, unlimited site edits are included at no extra cost.
- “Edits” refer to reasonable changes such as text updates, image swaps, color changes, and layout tweaks.
- Major redesigns may be subject to a separate agreement.
6. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use your website for unlawful or offensive content.
- We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver reliable service, but we are not liable for:
- Downtime caused by third-party services
- Content losses from client-side changes or misuse
- Any indirect or incidental damages
8. Domain Ownership and Transfers
If your domain was purchased through us as part of your plan:
- You retain full rights to the domain.
- If you decide to cancel our services but wish to keep your domain, we will assist in transferring it to a registrar of your choice.
- A one-time transfer fee of $10 may apply to cover administrative and DNS handling costs.
Domain transfers typically take 5–7 business days depending on the registrar.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. You’ll be notified via email or site update if changes affect your active subscription.
